When kids have done something sorry-worthy and they just won’t apologise, we can get stuck trying to explain to them just the reasons they should.

Often there just aren’t words that will do the trick to help them get to saying sorry.

In this video I talk about how the two reasons for not saying sorry are feeling incredible shame or feeling really attached to the big feelings that caused them to do the behaviour in the first place.
